I know a few of you have already competed, but I know more are approaching fast...I.E. this weekend. So Good Luck, I know most of us have been training throughout the year.

I think what once started as just a "Cortland Swimming" page has probably expanded to include more Cortland Alumni... I think we stumbled on something great last year with the turnout we had. I would love to see more participate this year. If you know of any ALUMNI, pass this blog onto them. A great way to keep in touch, plus promote a healthy lifestyle.

Summer '09

Just out of curiosity, what triathlon(s) are everyone planning on doing this summer?

Well... I know it's only November, but many races start opening registration this time of year. For us, the two races people expressed most interest in was the Fronhofer Tool Triathlon (8/1/09) and the Musselman Tri (July something).

I will be at both and hope to see many faces at them :-)

Congratulations to all!!!!

I want to thank all fellow alumni and friends who made this (my first tri) an unbelievable experience for me. It feels awesome to compete in something again and to stay moving the majority of the year.

Looking around during the entire day I couldn't help but notice that Cortland Alumni along with the ADK Tri Club were all over the place and doing very very well. Congratulations to everyone who participated. Already awaiting the arrival of next spring to begin all over again.
